What is Half-Saiyan?
Half-Saiyan multipliers are Health 0.95, Agility 0.95, Ki Control 0.9, Physical Damage 1.1, and Ki Damage 1.1. Move damage doubles at red health. Ki Control is the low multiplier, so Beam and Blast ultimates need more invested points to reach 300 output. Forms run Great Ape, Unleashed Potential, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and Super Saiyan 3, then Heaven's Saviour. Paths are Ethereal, Rage, and Primal.
